1. The Lithuania Expert platform Certificate PlProgram  is open to all eligible users. To join the Lithuania Expert certification courseplatformprogram, users must create an account on academy.lithuania.travel. Registration requirements and courseprogram information are available on the registration form.
2. Training is provided online and free of charge. The learning process is self-paced. Information about the training content and duration of each module is provided within the platformprogram interface.
3. Eligibility is limited to owners, founders, and employees of travel agencies and tour operating companies.
4. To become a certified Lithuania Expert, participants must complete all quizzes at the end of each module. Quizzes become available after marking the corresponding module as completed.
5. Participants have unlimited attempts per module to achieve the required 100% correct answers per quiz.
6. Lithuania Travel maintains sole discretion over quiz answers, result calculations, and certificate issuance. All decisions are final and binding on registered candidates.
7. Lithuania Travel is not obligated to provide explanations or clarifications regarding the program decisions or results.
8. Participation is voluntary. Members may discontinue their learning journeythe program at any time without completing all modules.
9. Upon successful completion, travel professionals can download the Lithuania Expert e-certificate issued by Lithuania Travel. Certificates are delivered via email only; no physical certificates are provided.
10. AProgram access to the certification course expires 12 months from the date of registration.
11. The Lithuania Expert certificate does not expire.
12. The Lithuania Expert certificate does not establish any employment or contractual relationship between Lithuania Travel and the certificate holder.
